  13.  Some fixes and tweaks.

  17.  Enhanced the *O* option, the picture can be placed anywhere on the display.
  18.  Slight adjustment made to the error handling routine.
  19.  StarBase_CLI will now store the background sound and sort settings.
  20.  You can now also change the names of the buttons.

  22.  What was the EXEC/USER button is now called EXTR and can now be used in the

  34.  be used for a wide range of other uses, magazines, encyclopedia, etc.

  45.  If you already have a previous version of this program installed, you must
  46.  copy the "Data/Settings" drawer - and its contents - from this archive into
  47.  your "Data" drawer as all of the settings files and the program files have
  48.  been moved to here.
